These kits are typically used as external mounted Forklift Antennas to boost the range of your VC70's Wi-Fi connectivity by allowing you to install the antenna on top of your forklift so as to eliminate any interference caused by the overhead guard. The kit includes a 2.4/5 Ghz antenna, magnetic mount, cable and connector. During installation, you *MUST* set your computer's settings to default to the external antenna.

Don't be fooled by other, antennas kits.  This kit has the Reverse Polarity / Reverse Thread SMA Male connectors that are required for this PC.

RFMAX Range Extender Kits for the Motorola VC70 Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Computers provide a significant boost in RF / Wi-Fi connectivity from the VC70, which is typically used as a Forklift Antenna or truck mounted, to the wireless network in the warehouse or distribution center.  

The antenna operates at 2.4/5.0 GHz with a gain of 4.5/5.5 dBi. NMO mount features a powerful magnet and is designed to mount outside the vehicle for maximum performance.

We recommend that you choose this antenna kit, and DO NOT use RPSMA-RTRPSMA adapters, as they incur additional signal loss.
